It was on WETO, Saturdays at 11:00 pm. They always showed a double feature. WETO was an independent station for the first few years of its existence, then became a Fox affiliate after Fox was launched. His sidekick was named Momar Cadaver, a talking skeleton chained on the wall of their cell, and they introduced the movies and told a lot of awful jokes.
